Reviews
verry verry nice place
Nice
I had never been there, there were no important events scheduled on Friday evening but the entertainment with Spanish music and dancing was equally pleasant.
The park is a happy oasis in the city, away from the noise and with a pleasant temperature thanks to the wonderful tall trees.
It is frequented by families with even small children, there are no mosquitoes.
You pay a €5 ticket at the entrance which is added when you pay for your drinks.
The culinary part is set up in small stands with grilled meat and fish, pizzeria, drinks...
There are many tables, well arranged, it is advisable to book.
5 stars to the power of nature which is exalted in this wonderful and well-kept patch of 6 hectares with nineteenth-century flavours. 1 generous star to the management who does not put the guest in a position to know anything about what he is about to see. Zero info, Zero brochures, Zero appeal at the entrance. Very kind and friendly hostesses but no useful information apart from the entrance prices. It's a shame because you could do 1000 things with all that greenery. We look forward to the future with confidence.
Rating: zero. When it is possible to visit the garden (and I would like to be told when it is not possible to do so...perhaps when paying for the ticket) I will modify the review. For now just an avenue with palm trees, a bit of cool air and a rough drink/food area.
Very large and well-kept, you pay the entrance, there are tables and chairs so you can dine there, eat an ice cream or have a drink
A portal to a corner of paradise.
The sensation is precisely this, of crossing the threshold not of a gate but of a time span, in that period in which afternoon walks, reading immersed in the sounds of nature, were a fundamental part of the days.
A vast green park.
Bursting nature.
Peace and relaxation.
With an annual subscription of 12 euros you can enjoy this immense park.
No problem for parking, large and accessible to all.
Beautiful immense green area within the city of Palermo for peaceful relaxing moments despite being very close to the chaos of the city, which lends itself to different uses by every segment of the population. I only regret paying the entrance fee which could have been avoided or lowered and perhaps could have allowed more people to enjoy this magnificent space more often.
